Portal, signing and output

What do Draft, JSON Downloaded and Submitted mean?

Local form status, portal temporary IDs, final acknowledgements and document scan status describe different things.

Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → relevant form list → Status / portal reference

How to do it

  1. Read Status in the form list and open the record for its detailed portal reference.
  2. Treat Draft as an editable local record; inspect whether a separate portal temporary draft ID exists.
  3. Treat JSON Downloaded, when present, as an output-related status rather than proof of filing.
  4. For a filed form, confirm Submitted and the final acknowledgement; Withdrawn is a distinct later state.

What to expect

You can distinguish local preparation, generated output, portal drafting and final submission.

Important details

  • Bulk JSON generation does not necessarily leave a local form row to display JSON Downloaded; its result is also recorded as a batch action.
  • Synced indicators and scan-clean badges are not substitutes for a final portal acknowledgement.
