How do I turn Show form review suggestions on or off?
An organisation Admin controls optional suggestions independently of mandatory validation and storage activation.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → Settings → Show form review suggestions
How to do it
- Open Settings and select Show form review suggestions.
- Change the Show form review suggestions switch and save the preference using the tab's Save control.
- Return to an editor and reopen/refresh as needed to use the updated organisation preference.
- Alternatively, open Organisation Settings beside the dashboard organisation selector, change the same switch and Save.
What to expect
The organisation's soft-review display preference is updated without changing the form's entered values.
Important details
- Turning suggestions off does not resolve required-field or portal errors.
- Settings is an Admin page; an Editor should ask the organisation Admin to change this preference.
