Where do I check available Form 145 and Form 146 credits?
The top bar displays separate available/limit balances for Form 145 and Form 146.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → selected organisation → top-bar Form 145/146 balances
How to do it
- Select the organisation on Forms Dashboard or the form-list header.
- Read the Form 145 and Form 146 credit indicators in the top bar; their tooltips explain available/limit.
- Before New Filing/Clone/Import to Drafts, check the required form capacity.
- For JSON generation, read the separate confirmation because that operation deducts credits without creating the same saved draft records.
What to expect
Capacity reflects the organisation's allocation and existing form count; it is not the same as document storage.
Important details
- Form 145 capacity is shared by its Parts; Form 146 has its own balance.
- Blank drafts and archived records can count against capacity; archiving does not free a form slot.
