Can an organisation with no paid purchase activate storage?
Normal setup requires purchase eligibility, but WrapTax can grant eligibility manually for an approved organisation.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → Settings → Storage → eligibility message
How to do it
- Open Settings → Storage as the organisation Admin and read the eligibility message.
- If purchasing normally, use Buy credits for the selected organisation and return after the eligibility refresh.
- For an approved exception, contact WrapTax support and identify the correct organisation.
- After eligibility is confirmed, still choose the provider, accept terms and click Enable.
What to expect
Eligibility unlocks setup; it does not bypass provider activation or automatically upload documents.
Important details
- Document access disabled by the site administrator is a separate Not active condition.
- Manual eligibility is not an automatic increase beyond the displayed storage allocation.
