Can I change the storage provider after activation?
WrapTax Storage versus SharePoint is a one-time organisation choice in the current setup.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → Settings → Storage → Where documents are stored
How to do it
- Before enabling storage, read the One-time storage choice notice.
- Select the provider card and agree internally where the organisation's evidence should live.
- For SharePoint, finish site/library/root selection and Test connection before enabling.
- Accept the terms and click the matching Enable button only when ready.
What to expect
The activated provider remains selected and ordinary provider switching is disabled.
Important details
- Reconnect Microsoft restores the existing connection; it is not a provider-switch action.
- Contact support about an exceptional migration instead of disconnecting/deleting folders in an attempt to switch.
