How do static profile files help with bulk form preparation?
A static-profile workbook supplies shared portal-style identity/verification fields when profile credentials are unavailable.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → relevant list → Bulk Upload → Click here to upload Static Excel
How to do it
- In the common Bulk Upload wizard, switch from portal mode using Click here to upload Static Excel.
- Use Download Static Template, complete its shared remitter/CA/login/signee/verification fields and upload it using Browse Static Profile.
- Resolve the static-profile validation messages before Confirm & Continue.
- Upload the separate transaction workbook and choose the supported output after reviewing mapped data.
What to expect
Static and transaction workbooks serve different purposes. Part C has its own Static ZIP workflow with separate profile/data templates.
Important details
- Form 146's on-screen Enter Manually option currently says Coming Soon; Upload Excel is the implemented choice.
- Do not look for a general saved-profile selector in every editor; single-form portal Fetch and directory autofill are separate controls.
