Storage and SharePoint

What should I do if SharePoint is disconnected or unhealthy?

Reconnect restores Microsoft access to the selected destination; disconnecting is not a provider migration.

Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → Settings → Storage → SharePoint setup → Reconnect Microsoft

How to do it

  1. Read the SharePoint account/tenant and connection error in Storage.
  2. Use Reconnect Microsoft with an authorised account if delegated authentication needs renewal.
  3. Check tenant consent/application permissions if using Use firm service account.
  4. Run Test connection and confirm the destination remains accessible before retrying one document operation.

What to expect

A healthy connection restores supported read/write/delete checks for the chosen destination.

Important details

  • Disconnect removes the connection; it does not erase evidence or change the one-time provider choice.
  • Moving/deleting folders directly in Microsoft can break access; confirm destination permissions and identity before retrying uploads.
