How should I use optional AI assistance in a form workflow?
Vidhi AI is an optional Form 146 assistance workflow with review/apply steps; it does not replace professional verification.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → Form 146 List → Vidhi AI; or Form 146 editor → Vidhi AI
How to do it
- Open Vidhi AI from Form 146 List or a supported editor.
- Use the assistant's Guided/Chat workflow and supply the requested transaction material.
- Review the proposed fields and disclosures before applying/saving them.
- Check the resulting draft in the normal editor, complete missing inputs and run the usual validation/portal steps.
What to expect
The list workflow can create a draft or fill an eligible selected draft; it blocks filling non-drafts and asks before overwriting fields.
Important details
- Do not assume the same assistant is implemented on every Form 145 Part.
- Generated analysis is a review aid, not confirmation of treaty eligibility, the applicable rate or a successful filing.
