Remittee directory
Can two remittees have the same name?
A name is not a unique entity key. Compatible incomplete records can be enriched; conflicting identifiers must not be combined automatically.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → Documents → Remittees → search name → inspect PAN/TIN/country
How to do it
- Search the name and compare country, PAN and TIN on each result.
- When completing the same draft, keep the real identity details consistent as you add identifiers.
- If a possible duplicate is flagged, open Needs review and compare both identities.
- An Admin chooses Same remittee (A) only after verification; choose Different remittees (R) for separate entities.
What to expect
The resolver uses PAN or TIN/country first, then a compatible name/country candidate. Ambiguous/conflicting matches may remain separate or enter review.
Important details
- Name-only input must not borrow one of several same-name entities' documents automatically.
- The system cannot infer that every spelling change is the same legal entity. Complete identifiers and review unresolved cases.
