Can I control the names of downloaded portal PDFs?
The PDF download flow offers filename patterns; available options depend on whether an acknowledgement exists.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → relevant list → select records → PDF download → filename dialog
How to do it
- Start the list's PDF download action for the selected records.
- Choose the offered 1_AcknowledgementNo, 1_RemitteeName or 1_PAN / RemitteeName pattern.
- Confirm the filename choice and any draft/submitted preparation prompt.
- Review the resulting ZIP/files and item errors.
What to expect
Downloaded portal PDFs use the chosen local naming pattern for that operation.
Important details
- The acknowledgement pattern is not offered when the operation has no acknowledgement to use.
- This does not rename supporting documents in S3/SharePoint; use a document row's Rename action for those.
