How do I generate Part C JSON without portal credentials?

Part C static mode uses a static-profile workbook plus a Part C transaction workbook and only generates a JSON ZIP.

Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → 145 Part C → Bulk Import → Click here to upload via Static ZIP

How to do it

Open Bulk Import and click Click here to upload via Static ZIP.
Select Tax Year, download/fill the static profile template and use Upload Static File.
Download/fill the Part C Excel template, then use Upload Part C Excel after the static profile is accepted.
Resolve the profile/data validation messages and review the credit/action confirmation.
Run the static JSON ZIP generation action and inspect the generated-item results before manually uploading JSON through the portal.

Static mode generates JSON files; it does not offer Import & Save or automatically file the records.

Do not use the visible portal acknowledgement-input instructions as a substitute for the static transaction workbook.
Shared remitter, CA, signee and verification fields come from your uploaded profile, so verify them carefully.
