Lists, reports and record management
Can I reuse a Form 145 as a starting point?
The list clone action creates another local draft; Part D additionally asks for its new remittance date.
Navigation: Open Forms 145/146 → Forms Dashboard → 145 Part A/C/D → row actions → Clone as Draft
How to do it
- Open the source record's Part list and use its Clone as Draft row icon.
- In Part D's clone dialog, enter a remittance date no earlier than today and confirm Clone as Draft.
- Part A/C list clone actions open the new copied draft without that same Part D date dialog.
- Review all parties, certificate references, dates, verification and transaction values before saving.
What to expect
The copied form has a separate ID and consumes the applicable Form 145 record capacity.
Important details
- List cloning is different from editor Clone by Ack Number or Part C Fetch & Fill.
- Do not assume copied values or transaction-specific evidence apply to the new transaction.
